Human Relation's and Social Impact
Cyrus is the first and only Congressional candidate to introduce the Tax Reform American Descendent of a Slave Tax Credit Congressional Bill. This bill has been co-authored by Cyrus and is a step forward in providing tax relief to those who have been impacted by slavery in the United States.
